Hello! Every Ph.D student, Please note this announcement. In order to PUSH you working much harder to get the Ph.D as soon as possible and SAVE project budget, I list the following conditions, if you satisfy one of items 1~5 AND satisfy both items 6 ~ 8, you can apply the defense of Ph.D.

1. IEEE Full paper x 1 + IEEE Short paper x 2

2. IEEE Full paper x 1 + SCI (prof. agree) paper x 2

3. IEEE Full paper x 1 + IEEE Short paper x 1 + SCI (prof. agree) paper x 1

4. IEEE Full paper x 2

5. SCI (prof. agree) paper x 3

6. At least write a project and apply to NSC or any organization for our Lab. ＊ No matter the project is accepted or not. ＊ Writing the project with other cooperators is permitted.

7. At least three conference papers (International or National).

8. At least one time going abroad to attend an international conference and present a paper.

The most important thing is in the following. A. From September 1st, 2007, Grade 1 and Grade 2 of Ph.D students will not have any support from me after four years if you can not get the degree at that time. B. Grade 3 and over will not have any support from me after three years if you can not get the degree at that time.
